- Binaural Beats, starting in Beta, descending progressively to through Alpha to Theta, then back to Beta at the end.
Track 2 - 55 min - Content as follows:
- Hypnotic inductions at the beginning to induce light hypnosis / relaxation;
- Suggestions to induce deeper hypnosis / relaxation;
- Subject suggestions after induction;
- Natural sounds / Ambient music throughout recording at varying volumes;
- Binaural Beats, starting in Beta, descending progressively to Theta, then descending to Delta at the end;
- There is no awakening on this track so you will most likely fall asleep during the recording which is fine, and then awaken normally and refreshed in the morning.
Instructions for Use
- Track one is for daytime use when you have time to be quiet and alone;
- You should ensure a comfortable seating or lying position before you begin;
- Stereo headphones or earphones are essential for the binaural beats to take effect. Without headphones the hypnotic induction and suggestions will still work, but without the benefit of the binaural beats;
- Always set the volume to a comfortable level to start;
- Track two is for night time use before sleep. This should send you into a normal sound sleep after which you will awaken normally.
